Find one that swings 6+ times and side stress it a bit as you manually push it through it's swing arc a couple of times. Then swing test it again. It will likely have seized up enough to not swing at all. The only remotely right way I know to fix it is to repin. I have, under duress, alcohol shrunk and lubricated a Yamaha action that was doing this, and as far as I know, the problem hasn't returned. Except that when I finished, ALL the hammers swung 9 times.
