Don't be too hard on us Ron. Some of the ideas are not completely intuitive, at least to me, though when explained, they make sense. Soundboard making is probably something I won't ever do for a variety of reasons--time, space, priorities. I am relegated to having someone build them for me and doing the best to fully grasp the design concepts so I can best communicate what I want to the person who does make them. There does seem to be some disagreement and a fair amount of misinformation passed along through the years. Those of us who haven't had the first hand experience can only weigh out the information as it's presented. Though I have come to my own conclusions about whose information I trust and will rely on, I can see where the opportunity for confusion still exists.
