pictures on the list

Hi,

Now that we have a good place for pictures I think it would be better to
allow no attachements to the list.

This would solve the problems for dial up mavens. It would also clearly
show that any attachment from pianotech@ptg.org means the email address has
been spoofed.

It would also keep multiple copies of the same image being send time and
time again--for example the recent M&H-41.jpg came again later as a reply
from another user as M&H-411.jpg
