  For as simple as it was, fairly well. I didn't like the sliding jack =
let-off arrangement. Nor did I like the fact that the spring had to be =
detached to remove the hammershank. But it did work. With a bit of =
refinement I thought it would make a nice action for an electronic =
keyboard.
