David: I don't envy your task as I've had to do some replacements myself. If you're a skilled woodworker with the requisite tools, take Terry's advice and make it from scratch. I've used the ready-made version from APSCO/Schaff #845 with their lyre-repair kit #849, and what a mess! I had to reset the glue starved lyre posts; the predrilled holes are never in the right place; the pedal dowel holes and pedal pins don't match up; you have to make the pedal rod guide rail (unless you can salvage the old one).
