I'll ask you a question, in regard to the client that said they would glue
them on themselves, in lieu of a cheaper price: Do you really want that sort
of person for a client? Obviously, they have little regard for the piano,
IMO. And....a lot less regard for what you do and your basic need to make a
living, just like everyone else.
