Bolduc Block - Bit Size - Torque

No, didn't really have anything left over but a few small irregular shaped scraps (but yes, I should have drilled a few holes anyway before installing the plate). Even still, its the fact that I am going to such a large drill size that is giving me the creeps. Thanks.

Terry,
         It's been my experience that a block will relax a bit after the 
initial results from stringing. You may start out with 200 or so and end up 
with 170-175. Didn't you save a piece of the pin block you used and run 
some tests with different sized bits and pins?
