Ric,
Do me some measurements on your action, if you will. I'd like lengths of 
moment arms for the key (center to front, center to capstan, and center to 
magnet), wippen (center to capstan contact, and center to magnet), weight 
of magnet assembly on wippen, and weight of magnet(s) on the key.
