It certainly does. I put the screw back in today that I had installed with
pdf and then removed yesterday. It went in easily, like it was
pre-threaded, which it was, only without having to cut threads. I like it.

Have you tried tuning pins while stringing? Unbushed is easier,just a quick
swab with a pipe cleaner. But if the pin bushings are dipped in pdf a few
hours before installing, they'll show no sign of pdf, swab the holes as
above and your pins will go in tight and turn smooth.
