A customer of back in St. Louis had a Forster and Steinway, and told me she can tell the difference in key width. I measured the two pianos, and there was about a. 5 mm between the two. That might sound like a lot, but over the width of the keyboard, that can add up. When I got back to my store, I measured new Petrofs, Knabes, (Young Chang), and Hyundai's (Samick), and discovered there was a difference with each one of them.
