Gordon, If you do happen to send that letter to Yamaha, I respectfully ask that you exclude any and all mention of my name or the comments that I've made to this list regarding the tight pins. As I am about the last tuner at the plant that does work on the outside, they would know you were talking about me if you even referenced "a tuner" from the plant. As it is right now, my job there is to tune pianos and not go out and bad mouth the product. I'm sorry I did. I am presently out of work on a medical leave, and the last thing I need is to piss everyone there off. I need this job, and am well respected by the management.
