Don: Thanks for the link. I'm printing it out as I write. I kind of doubt if Baldwin still has those kits, though. I did try removing the leather from the butt last time. I soaked the corfam with wallpaper remover, and everything just fell off, including the red cushion felt, and I found it difficult to put everything back together. After reading the article, I may give it a second try.
