umm, I think the temperature is the cause of the sharpness. I would be curious as to what the pitch would be after that thing had been out of the freeze for a week or so. One thing is for certain, cold air sharpens pianos, and when brought out of that freezer, the condensation is going to keep it wet for hours. All in all, that article was about as specious a presentation of useful information inre pianos as I have seen.
