Greetings List and Dave, check lid hinge pins are tight and, if you've got a
helping hand, turn each of the castors around to face a different way, and
check the cheek-block bolts are tight. Could also be in the damper head
where the wire goes in?????
All I can think of, without seeing the piano.  Good luck.
