People often miss the point on diet. Fruit and vegetables, believe it or not, are important for the heart in that they supply soluble fiber (good for your circulatory system) as well as vitamins and minerals. You need minerals to be able to utilize vitamins etc. It is easy to fall into a habit of eating a rather unvaried and convenient diet. If you can't break that habit you had better get supplements that supply what your diet doesn't. There are a few good ones out there... Make sure they are food based. Oxide type supplements are simply expensive sewer additives. The body doesn't use what it doesn't recognize. A ha-penny's worth, Andrew Las Cruces, NM
