As for ads on an association site, that is may be a good idea (to give some money the association) but I see a lot of possible problems, even ethic ones. Nowadays in France , an association is not supposed to do that on a Web site, only in an official journal (not a "members only" bulletin). Regulations may exist for that I believe, it is a commercial activity.
