Hi Mathew,

No. At A4 four cents approximates one hertz (or one beat per second). If
you look again at A5 two cents =~ one hertz, A6; one cent =~ one hertz.
Looking the "other direction A3 8 cents =~ one hertz and A2 16 cents =~ one
hertz.

Here is a very nice "calculator" for generating none stretched tables of
frequence and for converting hertz to cents
