Hi Joe,

The sizes you list below from #19 - #25 is what we have been using from
Japan for 15 years.

I notice that Renner has pins from 1.200mm to 1.600mm in .025 increments. I
do not know their numbering system.

To make things worse, the English have their own numbers as follows;
#23 = .050" - 1.270mm
#23.5 = .051" - 1.295mm
#24 = .053" - 1.346mm
#24.5 = .055" - 1.397mm
#25 = .057" - 1.448mm
#25.5 = .059" - 1.499mm
#26 = .061" - 1.549mm

Regards
Kerry Cooper

Hi Kerry,
I have a conversion chart on the internet, but what I am really trying to do
is get a tool right the first time.
The metric readings that were given me are as follows starting with metric
pins on the left and at the bottom right you will see the start of the pins
we use here last on the right and we go up to a .063 pin #25
#19 1.200mm
#19.5 1.225mm
#20 1.250mm
#20.5 1.275mm
#21 1.300mm
#21.5 1.325mm
#22 1.350mm
#22.5 1.375mm
#23 1.400mm
#23.5 1.425mm
#24 1.450mm
#24.5 1.475mm
#25 1.500mm US inch # 19.5 center pin
#25.5 1.525mm US inch # 20 center pin
The difference between the metric size and inch on the last two sizes that
are listed are only a few .000th different
The wire itself will vary this much itself.
