I visited his shop recently and he was up to his eyebrows in work! He's also getting closer to finishing his grand. I can hardly wait to see the finished product!

Try contacting Del Fandrich. I vaguely recall that he had a shaper and the cutter to do standard Upright rails. It's a start. BTW, there are, literally, hundreds of companies that make custom Shaper blades. There must be many that are on the internet.
