  Just for the record I have given the A serial number to  Gut Nichols & he's 
currently checking into the pianos I described. Since he  is new management 
it's only fair for me (us) to give him the benefit of the  doubt in these 
matters. As he stated many pianos come without the actions &  only certain aspects 
of the jobs are Sama responsibility. Also  there is a verification no. on 
action & other parts that have been  worked on at the Plant in Juarez. Soo these 
two pianos can be tracked for  specific warranty issues & I'm assured that an 
appropriate response will  occur. Every business has a right to defend 
themselves & the fact the Sama  does is a positive thing.

Hi  guys...

Might I  just send up a small warning flag to remind a  few folks to stay 
clear of anything that can be legally deemed slander  ??  I mean... I'd 
hate to see anybody get sued over  this....
