Hi Marcel,
Chisel, in the traditional manner. At worst they are only slightly more =
pesky to notch than a solid cap. The epoxy line is kept fairly thin and =
the laminations are near-parallel - they are only slightly skewed from =
one another (10 degrees or so).
Below is a small picture of a notched laminated cap.

Oh, I see. Well, I guess you need to try a set of epoxy-laminated, =
quarter-sawn, hard maple bridge caps!
