The particular piano I speak of is a 1912 Knabe 5'8" that has a 
Dampp-Chaser system. It is very stable.

Whatever catches my attention, and/or whenever someone in the 
household makes mention of a problem. If one hammer bubbles, it is 
addressed. If one click sound is apparent, it is addressed. Etc.
