    It's not a specific ratio, but about 1/3 to 1/2 the volume, i.e. 2 oz
isopropyl alcohol to 2-3 oz of water/wallpaperremover solution applied with
a syringe. Stick the needle into the bushing cloth and inject a drop or two.
I usually make two passes followed by steam from a dampened strip of cloth
under a clothes iron.
