Carefully use a safety razor and you might be able to peel off the hard glue
drops. This method may leave some fine scratches that you will have to
polish out.

Subject: Super Glue on polyester finish

Yesterday I had an accident with a superglue bottle which spilled a half
dozen drops onto the back of a fallboard of a piano with a shiny black
polyester finish. What is the best way to remove the glue and restore the
finish?

Dave
