You can try Decorator's Gilt. It is a metallic wax finish and is in a paste
form. You can mix the different colors to come up with a close match. I have
been using them for a long time to touch plate, screws and screw hole that have
gotten scratch. I got them from Star finishing products many years ago or you
might try a hobby store where I have seen them before. It is not perfect but
is a lot better than nothing or a complete redo.
