Pianomation QRS action removal

Pianomation has felt or foam silencers installed on the underside of the 
backs of the keys.  There should be enuf lost motion between the plungers and the 
backs of the keys for you to just slide it in in the normal way.  If it feels 
a little resistant to go in easily, go to plan B below.

    When I was installing pianodisc,, the plungers were spring loaded so you 
had lift the action by the hammer rail up and back on top of the plungers as 
you slid it in.  Great for the forearms and biceps.
