ETD PT-1004 ?

Hey folks,
    Anyone ever see or hear an ETD with the model "PT-1004" on the face? 
Appears to have a numeric keypad on the right side of the face, extra keys 
for pitch, cents, and curve, and a horizontal bar graph of red LEDs for the 
readout along with a small green LCD. I received an inquiry about this 
thing, and I've not been able to find out anything with several web 
searches. I've requested the brand name, I'm sure that would help, ya'think?
