Ivory Keytops

I'm sure this has been mentioned, but for gluing many ivories, you can use
hot glue (as was done originally) mixed with a litttle titanium dioxide.
This makes the glue opaque white, thus making the translucent ivory look
nice. They probably used lead oxide (white lead) in the old days. The keys
can be clamped to avoid warping.
