Haven't priced it out, but I would guess $20-30 assuming you already have
tools and a gram scale, depending what you already have laying around.

If you don't have a gram scale, you only need it for calibration, so you
wouldn't have to buy one if you could find one to borrow for five minutes.
Maybe a day's work to build, calibrate, set up spreadsheet.
