Stanwood SWR for SW recommendations

Hi David

Sorry to have caught this a bit late but I just noticed this. According
to your smart chart from 3 years ago you have changed your
reccomendations for StrikeWt Ratio to SW curve matching. These
recommendations below would have been

5.7 for top medium
5.5 for low heavy
6.0 for 3/4 medium

Seems you've adjusted your recommended SW curve for any given SWRatio
down a notch. When and why begs to be answered.
