Where did the RH Go

Don,
Does that mean that if rust is present, that RH levels have at one time or
another exceded 60 %?
I just finished a restringing, repinning on an old Bechstein where every
screw in the action looked like blued steel on the heads, but exhibited lots
of rust on the threads.
