Split Action Rail

Got a 1960s Wurly console with a split action rail. Looks like a fairly =
clean break - it is completely separated into two pieces along the =
entire length of the main rail. I have never done this repair before. Is =
there any practical way to do this without removing all the wips, butts, =
and dampers? Any standard approach to this?

Also, if anyone can provide a recommended methodology, how many hours do =
you figure. Thanks.
