common way of installing Butt Springs in the UK. It's known as "sewing" them
in - and it's VERY fast. Another method in use here is to use the very same
springs but they are kept in place by a small dowell or some "action
string" - there being a hole drilled right through the butt spring slot from
one side of the Butt (Block) to the other just for that purpose. I prefer
sewing them in though.
