Joe,
Makes sense to me, except for the paralax (sp?) factor. You would need a
"target" at equidistance from the laser, in order to get definitive
measurements/assessments. Not a biggee, but a factor. Hmmm? Think I'll think
on that for a while. I'll have to go look at Harbor Freight's cost of their
laser leveling thingees.<G>
