  Hi everyone

  I think that someone told me once that wd 40 is only 1% lube and 99% =
propellant. When I did my apprenticeship in North Queensland Aust. the =
practice of doping centre pins with it was frowned upon badly. It's =
surprising to hear that so many people use the stuff for C.P.lube.
  I use it on Beale steel tuning systems. Just a light spray seems to =
break the corrosion and makes the tuning process easier - no broken =
pins. (if ya lucky, that is!!)
