Time & Chaos for Piano Techies

The only way is the Notes using the Time Stamp.   If you use a Palm type 
device the only records you can carry from Time & Chaos is the Notes.   Entering info
in the Notes area of the appt.  is not carried over into the Palm.   

Multiple pianos can't really be dealt with unless you consider them like a contact at a 
company.   This is a shortcoming that I'm willing to live with for the ease of the program.
