Nope. Unless you want to consider the depleted uranium
shells we have lobbed around in Bosnia and Iraq "
genocide". ( Please see the gruesome photos online, of
the horrific birth defects the radiation from these
things is inducing in children! )
    Or, you could consider this administration's
callous disregard for the environment, for the benefit
of industry, "genocide": as it will, probably,
eventually cause more death and suffering than Saddam
would have in 10 lifetimes of active evil.
