Hi,
Having attended several voicing classes the last 3 years <G> 10 conventions
last year and at least two classes at most sites, two things are becoming
clear to me.
1. There many ways to change the voice of the piano by changing the hammer.
2. the loss of blood is not needed when voicing.

Most of the responses have been about use of the needle.
But other methods, chemicals, filing, fabric softener, steam, side needling,
but as yet no use of pliers.
