drop screw question

Well, you guys nailed it. Bore is about 4mm short.

Verified that repetition springs are fine.  
Hammer follows drop screw all the way up when key is held down.
Hammers have been filed once. 

Here are some numbers:

string height - 196 mm (middle section)
hammer center height - 146 mm
hammer bore - shank center to strike point on #42 - 46 mm

Haven't tried raising the stack...
