Friends,
Although it is nice to know whom we're conversing with, there's nothing 
in the pianotech FAQ which insists that participants sign with their 
given name. Yes, it has been the custom of our list for  a number of us 
to go ballistic when they don't see a proper signature at the end of 
another's post. Perhaps this is not the best use of our energies.
Enjoy this fine day, Mr. Topperpiano, and the other 570 plus folks with 
more transparent identities.
