If you have eliminated a broken wrap on one or more of the strings, and the 
bridge or bridge cap is not split, check the bridge again for delamination or 
failure at the soundboard.  Are you also sure a rib has not come unglued?  
Also, a famous source of noise is hard and or worn damper guide bushings.  This 
can drive you crazy, but a worn guide with the metal damper touching the wood 
can have the same effect as a string rattle.
