    I live in a college town. In the last 15 years
over 100 new liquor licences have been issued in this
tiny burg, which has a ( Frat Boy ) Republican side,
and a ( Bohemian ) Democratic side. By far most of the
binge drinking, "hooking up" sexually with strangers,
fights, date rape, vomiting all over the sidewalk,
alcohol, poisonings, public urinations and use of date
rape drugs occurs on the Frat-Boy, Republican side.

     But, then, maybe that's just how this species
reproduces ?
