Marcel,
Hmmm, that holder sounds good, probably better than trusting velcro. =
I'll have to look around for that type of model. Did you buy it =
locally, from a piano supplier or somewhere else? =20
Thanks,

Hi Barb,
I've installed a hidden hygrometer in a CFIIIS in Sherbrooke. I bought =
a model that came with a screw on type holder. I've installed it on the =
inside of the rim and can have access if I wish. I got a model with =
min/max memory so I can have a good idea of what the extremes were. It =
explained a lot of pitch movement to me.

Yo, Conrad,
Remember when we were talking hygrometers at the convention? If I =
remember correctly, you said something about putting one in a piano and =
leaving it there until the next time you tuned. What do you do to keep =
it from making any noise, just glue on some felt? Do you think it's OK =
to do this with a piano in an institution that's being rolled about?
Barbara Richmond
PS My husband appreciated your keeping an eye on my spending there =
in the exhibit hall. :-)
