Piano disc parts

Greetings, 
    Just looked at a Piano Disc piano.  everything seemed to work, except the 
bracket that connects the damper pedal to the damper tray, and allows the 
servo to activate it as well, is broken and missing.  Are parts available for 
these pianos,(it is about 8 years old).  And, if so, where?
