On that Kranich & Back by Baldwin (horrible mini grand), the keys visibly drooped in a short section. The hammers were up and I couldn't pull the action directly out. No problem though, loosen the key 'up-stop' rail and they all came down. Try 80F & 67% RH. Interesting that it made a handwidth sized dip like that, centered around one pin that was too low. There was relatively little in the way of foreign objects. There was a sticky substance on the board by the upper end of the damper tray. Got that cleaned up. Andrew
