Thump: I'm amazed that you would eat microwaved food. Check "microwaved
food dangers" on google.

But, I may not be able to convince you. I can't convince my wife.

I've read that seeds watered with microwaved boiled water won't sprout but
stove top boiled water will do the job. Let it cool of course. I haven't
tried it. It may be that if you microwave it in a plastic container, that
makes it bad. I'd try it in glass containers in both cases. I've read
about a food cooked in the microwave losing 90% of a certain nutrient
compared to about 15% on the stove top. But then, anything you do to food
decreases it's food value. That's sad but true. But eating raw food if you
aren't used to it , you'll get diarrhea. You can't win in this world.
