bag for tuning hammer

I wrap mine in a piece of that rubber mat stuff that they sell for lining tool box drawers. It cushions and protects my hammers and then, ta daaaaaa, it doubles as a slip-proof pad to put on the piano top or fallboard to hold tools (mutes, screwdriver, etc.) so they don't scratch the piano.

I also have an inch-thick foam pad, encased in a cloth cover my wife was kind enough to make for me, which sits on top of the lower part of my tool case (suitcase type) to keep the tools from flopping around when I close and carry the thing. This little beauty then becomes a bit of a cushion between my posterior parts and those nasty hard benches. It also prevents butt prints in the varnish on those much-polished benches.

I like tools and such to do double duty whenever possible.

List,

What do you folks use for carrying your tuning hammer in? I'm looking for a bag for my new tuning hammer, Charles Faulk is making me. I can't be throwing it the tool bag naked....
