Alan,

It would be better to wait until you're full retirement age before 
drawing SS so that your payments will not be reduced by other income. 
Waiting longer increases your monthly payments.

Be advised that full retirement age, if you were born since 1937, is 
something greater than 65. Go to: http://www.socialsecurity.gov for 
further info.

I'm 63 and not planning on retiring anytime soon. This is too much fun.
