Keytops botched - PVCE

Water does not dissolve PVCE when dry any more than latex paint dissolves
with water.
It is diluted with water.  However, if you need cleanup after installing the
tops, I have
had great and quick success with undiluted household ammonia.  Some on a
soft
cloth will remove it nicely and ammonia does not bite into any of the
material.
