Hi Dean, As do I, but building on the same site is not the answer either. When it was built 200 years or so ago it was a fine site. Now things have changed due to the erosion process and we need to move on,- inland. We need to be smarter than the grasshopper and as bussy as the ant and wiser than the owl.
